Aircon Servicing Price Guide Singapore 2026

Aircon servicing prices in Singapore vary a lot between companies, and hidden extras are common. Here are SPMM Group's full prices for 2026 – no middle man, no surprises.

General service

• 1 unit – $30 (+$25 transport)
• 2 units – $60
• 3 units – $70
• 4 units – $80

The more units serviced in one visit, the lower the price per unit – 4 units work out to just $20 each.

Chemical wash

• 1 unit – $70
• 2 units – $140
• 3 units – $210
• 4 units – $280

Chemical overhaul

• 1 unit – $100
• 2 units – $200
• 3 units – $270
• 4 units – $360

Gas top-up

$50 – $120. The price depends on the pressure (PSI) reading – confirmed before we start.

Annual contract (4 general services a year – save a flat 10%)

• 1 unit – $198 / year (instead of $220 one-time)
• 2 units – $216 / year (instead of $240)
• 3 units – $252 / year (instead of $280)
• 4 units – $288 / year (instead of $320)

We remind you before every contract service – no need to remember the dates.

What affects the price?

• Number of units – servicing all units in one visit is cheapest.
• Condition – a heavily clogged unit may need a chemical wash instead of a general service.
• Access – units that are very hard to reach may need extra time; we tell you before we start.
